These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any services provided by ALAB Technology Private Limited. By accessing this website or engaging our services, you accept these terms.
ALAB provides software development, mobile and web applications, cloud, automation, IT consulting, digital marketing and resource-deployment services. Specific deliverables, timelines and fees are defined in a separate proposal, quotation or agreement for each project.
All quotations, timelines and estimates are indicative and valid for the period stated. A project is confirmed only upon written acceptance and receipt of the applicable advance payment.
Fees are payable as per the agreed schedule (typically milestone-based). Work on the next stage begins after the previous stage is approved and paid. Late payments may pause work and attract applicable charges.
ALAB retains ownership of all code, designs and materials until the corresponding invoices are paid in full. On full and final payment for a deliverable, ownership or a licence to that deliverable transfers to the client. ALAB retains the right to reuse its own general know-how, tools, frameworks and libraries, and may showcase completed work in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Projects may rely on third-party platforms, APIs or licences. Their costs, terms and availability are the client's responsibility, and ALAB is not liable for changes or outages in third-party services.
Deliverables are provided on an “as-is” basis after acceptance. ALAB will fix reported defects in delivered work for the agreed support period. Except as expressly stated, ALAB makes no other warranties, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALAB's total liability for any claim arising out of a project shall not exceed the fees actually paid by the client for that project. ALAB is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of profit or data.
The client agrees to indemnify ALAB against claims arising from content or materials supplied by the client, or from the client's use of the deliverables in breach of these terms or applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
ALAB may update these terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page.
