1. Post-Delivery Technical Support
- - After project delivery, we provide 3 months of technical support based on the project agreement.
- - If support charges were not included in the agreement, free technical support cannot be provided post-delivery.
- - Additional technical support requires an AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract).
2. Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)
- - AMC is mandatory for additional technical support beyond the initial 3 months.
- - AMC cost is 10% of the total project cost.
- - Support time for AMC: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Mon-Sat).
- - Support requests can only be raised via our support portal. WhatsApp, email, or direct call support is not accepted.
- - Support tickets will be closed within 48 hours based on the issue level.
- - Support tickets must include necessary information such as server details, domain details, and other credentials to facilitate resolution.
3. Website / Mobile App Maintenance Agreement
This Maintenance Agreement is between Alabtechnology Private Limited (Service Provider) and the Client (Service Receiver) for custom-built applications.
- - Invoices are raised on the 1st of every month; payment due within 3 days of invoice.
- - Applicable for bug fixing and monthly backups only.
- - New requirements, UI/UX changes, or enhancements will be billed separately.
- - Client grants permission to use website, app, and other intellectual property to facilitate maintenance.
- - Service provider can make changes to website/app including adding/deleting information as specified by the client.
- - Client must not share app/website credentials with anyone else to prevent conflicts.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State/Province of Tamil Nadu, India.
