1. Introduction

At Alabtechnology Private Limited ("we", "our", "us"), we understand that circumstances may arise that require clients to cancel a project or service. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions applicable to such cancellations.

2. Custom Software Development

• Post-Agreement Cancellation: Once a software development agreement is signed, cancellation is generally not allowed. Any requests for cancellation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Work-in-Progress: If the client requests cancellation during project development, the client may be liable to pay for work completed up to the date of cancellation.
• Legal Compliance: This policy aligns with the Indian Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and other applicable laws concerning service agreements.

3. Ready-Made Templates or Pre-Built Software

• No Cancellations: Ready-made templates or pre-built software purchases are final and cannot be canceled once the order is confirmed.
• No License Sharing: For pre-built software or templates, license information will not be provided, and cancellation does not entitle the client to it.
• Bug Fixes: Any bugs or issues in ready-made solutions are not covered under standard support. Fixes may incur additional charges and are not included in the initial order cost.

4. Cancellation Process

• Request Submission: To request a cancellation, clients must submit a written notice via email to support@alabtechnology.com.
• Review Period: We will review the cancellation request within 10 business days. We may contact the client for further clarification.
• Decision: The decision regarding cancellation and any applicable charges will be communicated to the client. Any payments due for completed work will be invoiced accordingly.

5. Non-Cancellable Services

• Completed projects or delivered software cannot be canceled.
• Payments made for third-party services (domain, hosting, licenses) are non-cancellable.
• Client-induced delays or changes do not entitle the client to cancel the project without payment for completed work.
