a. Custom Software Development
- No Refunds Post-Agreement: Once a development agreement is initiated or signed, refunds are not eligible. This policy aligns with standard industry practices and is in accordance with Indian government regulations concerning software services.
- Work-in-Progress: If the project is in progress and the client wishes to discontinue, a partial refund may be considered based on the work completed up to that point.
b. Ready-Made Templates or Pre-Built Software
- No License Information Provided: For ready-made templates or pre-built software solutions, we do not provide license information. These products are sold as-is, and no customization or support is included.
- Bug Fixes: Any issues or bugs identified in ready-made solutions are not covered under our standard support. Fixing such issues will incur additional charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon before any work commences.
3. Refund Process
- Request Submission: To initiate a refund request, clients must submit a written request detailing the reason for the refund and any supporting documentation.
- Review Period: All refund requests will be reviewed within 15 business days. During this period, we may contact the client for additional information or clarification.
- Decision: After reviewing the request, a decision will be made, and the client will be notified of the outcome. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 30 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Completed Projects: Once a project has been completed and delivered, no refunds will be considered.
- Client-Induced Delays: If delays are caused by the client, such as providing late feedback or missing deadlines, refunds will not be issued.
- Third-Party Services: Payments made for third-party services, such as domain registration or hosting, are non-refundable.
5. Legal Compliance
This Refund Policy is in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and other applicable laws in India. We ensure that all terms are transparent and accessible to our clients before any agreement is signed.
